Some of my Personal Development Goals:
- Wait time– Provide appropriate wait time and allow student to deeply think about answers
- Speaking voice– speaking clear and slow with enthusiasm to keep engagement
- Integrate materials and opportunities for ALL learners
- Involve Parents/Guardians -Keeping parent in the loop while incorporating home life into my classroom
- Independence– Proving space and time for students to lead activities and be independent
- Set and closure– meaningful and valuable set and closure for all lessons
- Providing Visuals
- Time management– Organizing appropriate time for all assignments and lessons
